EVP (Expedition Vehicle Project) is a go!

Today, officially marks the first day the EVP (Expedition Vehicle Project) has real life.  The budget has been approved and the funding is coming in regularly.  It will be awhile yet before anything happens, need to mass funds for truck purchase.
