Mid Columbine and Spring Creek Trail

It has been snowing and cold (4 degrees) the past few days. I was hoping to get my first snowshoeing run in of the season but the snow is not deep enough near the city. I instead opted to hike Mid Columbine Trail, normally high traffic trail that was all but abandoned today for some reason. I ended up taking the Spring Creek trail off of Mid Columbine trail and found out that it pops you out just before the first runnel off of Gold Camp Road.

Columbine and Spring Creek Trail is open to hikers and cyclists only, and is about 4 miles (one way) from the Starsmore Discovery Center to the Upper Columbine trailhead.
